There is no orphanage to meet their needs.

There are 18 of these special needs children living in one apartment. The 3 main goals are to provide medical care, educate the children, and get them adopted. Some of the most critical needs are for tutors, physical therapists, more space, and more workers to help keep the children clean, fed, and safe. To see other photos, please click on this picture. We are so fortunate that Dr. Li has agreed to work with us! He is a wonderful man and dentist. Many of the students are from villages where there ise no dental care; also many of them couldn’t afford a dentist, so we are providing a truly needed service. The first girl that we sent to Dr. Li was so excited about her first trip to the dentist, that she invited her 12 roommates to watch. To see photos of the dental clinic, please click on this picture. What a trill it is to provide financial assistance to great students that struggle financially! Some of these recipients come from broken homes or poor farming villages. Additionally, Global Partners in Life has kept seven 7th and 8th grade girls in school in China. I have met all of the college recipients, and they tell me how thankful they and their families are for our support. The parents challenge their children to study even harder! What can I say other than it is appropriately named! It is a must see, if you go to China! It is amazing to think about what an accomplishment this was, especially at the time it was built. The terrain is so steep; I can’t imagine all of the effort it took to get the stones in place. The Great Wall goes as far as you can see in both directions. Since China is such an interesting and diverse country, I thought you would like to see some pictures which show the diversity of China. There are pictures from mega cities to people working rice patties. Enjoy!
